#10 Bad encoding in tsi-src/tsi.src

Hi,

When I do iconv -f big5 -t utf-8 tsi.src I got encoding error.
The error happens at Line 41601
The QP encoding of that line is

奇謀 25 ㄑㄧ2 ㄇㄡ2

=A9_=BF=D1 25 =A3=A2=A3=B82 =A3v=A3=B22=A3

The ending =A3 which is not valid in any Big5* encoding.
