libstacktrace 0.2.0 is now available!

Change summary:
* Added support for libdw, in addition to libdwarf.
* Added partial support for x86_64

libstacktrace is ready for your testing! The last week I've prepared some documentation and cleaned up a few things. So go ahead and checkout from svn, ./configure, make and make install. Report any issues.
