Documentation and Cleanup

Alrighty, here's the deal...

The code looks pretty bad; I admit that some of it is my fault and some is the OTHER programmers. There are lots of commented out sections, none of the methods are documented/commented and the variables are all using different standards.

So this is what I am going to do, I plan to spend about a week on it to clean it all up. I also plan to tweak some sections and maybe add some new features. (Who knows at this point) So I will probably start that either tonight or tommarrow.
