[Libsigcx-main] status of porting sigcx to sigc++2.0

hi,

there was a big discussion in june 2004 about porting sigcx to sigc
++2.0. Parnell Flynn offered hist help and Christer Palm started a
lengthy discussion on this topic.

Did anything happen in the meantime?
