[Libsigcx-main] Help porting sigcx

I apologise for my last e-mail I had not bothered to look through the
archives before asking about porting SigCX to sigc++ 2.0.

I would gladly help to port sigcx, I am using it on a project that I
would like to port over to gtkmm2.4.  I have been thinking about doing
an "underground" port of sigcx for my own purposes but I would much
rather work with you.  

I am very pleased with the elegance and functionality of sigcx and I
would hate to see it "stall out".
