[Libsigcx-main] lib SigCX & mingw

Hello,

I've seen in the mail archive that someone has got a problem with
creating a dll for libSigCX.

I've got the same problem (I'm using mingw and not cygwin).

Does someone has corrected the problem or not ?

libtool output the following:
libtool: link: warning: undefined symbols not allowed in i686-pc-mingw32
shared libraries

so libtool do not create the shared library
