[Libsigcx-main] SigCX 0.5.7 released

Hi folks!

I just released 0.5.7 of libSigCX, it is available for download from
the usual place, its SF download page [0].

0.5.7 only contains a few bug-fixes, but since I've forgotten to
announce previous releases, be warned: The Dispatcher interface has
changed in 0.5.6.
