#8 outputStartTime not interpreted correctly in WebTools

As I understand it the outputStartTime discards the simulation results from 0 to outputStartTime, id does not just shift the Simulation to another time. In the WebTools it looks like the simulation is just shifted.
In addition the multiple repeats are not shown in the example.
Expected output is attached.

    Indeed it is not resolved how tools ought to plot the different repeats, I hope a future SED-ML level / version will make this explicit. As for the start-time I do get the expected behavior in the output where the results from 0..2 are not present. The simulation does not start at 2 with the initial values.
