in the attached example the Web tools do not apply the ComputeChange on the model for task2.
There should be 4 curves visible in the figure, not 2.

The problem here is that you don't specify the attribute that is supposed to be changed in the target xpath expression of the file. Once you add /@initialConcentration at the end of the target expression, it will be modified as you expect.
