Hi Frank,

somehow the max function is not applied in the repressilator model (plot3, attached). The concentrations should be normalized between 0 and 1.

    this has been resolved, the issue is that current versions of libSBML will not parse the max mathml ... for now the web tools use a custom version of libsbml
