Added Protocol 1.13.0.10 support

Also changed ProtocolManager.java and NetworkManager.java in line with recent libsecondlife changes

The initial version of the port has been put into CVS. There are no downloads as yet.

The port is an alpha version and there are still things to finish.

Collaborators are most welcome!
