LibrePLM is an integration for CAD systems that interacts with Odoo / LibrERP.

Each time you work in CAD system you describe the reality modeling a geometry; any modeled geometry basically reproduce the shape of a part.
Some parts hierarchically assembled represent a product. Why couldn't we upload these informations to our ERP system?

These simple sentences can summarize the founding idea of LibrePLM: maximize your work reusing it, connecting CAD and ERP systems.

Our experience, built in many years of support on field, on CAD and PDM/PLM systems, helped us to translate simple concepts in a simple tools, ready to use, easy to implement, intuitive to be used.

LibrePLM is composed of two parts, [Server] and [Client].

It introduces many features helpful to manage revisions, bill of materials, documents; briefly, to help your engineers to work quickly and surely interacting with a complete suite that manages your enterprise. The paradox of this approach is this: easily.

In the past (but also in the future too) you should have to buy a lot of not integrated tools, difficult to interconnect, requiring a lot of investments to be implemented, difficult to be scaled to more purposes, to cover your needs by step. Here is a solution: a tool easy to implement, useful starting the first time you install it that requires a very few knowledge to return huge value.

Version 2021: New background uploading for all CAD integrations.
Version 2022: Supported Windows 11, New Integration with BricsCAD v.20, 21. Compatibilty with Odoo.sh.
Version 2023: New Feature "Edit Multiple Parts" allows to assign P/N to all parts in a time, editing parts assigning description to several parts in the same time.

Notes
On Windows 11 you could have "0xc0000135" error installing / uninstalling LibrePLM; of course, it breaks correct installation. Please, to solve this issue, refer to this link

On Windows 10 or 11 is provided Defender to protect from viruses and other informatics threats; LibrePLM works fine with Defender and has no issues installing.
Other software, antivirus or other malware, from third party can block LibrePLM installation.
