I am new in the forum and is the first time I try to install LibrePlan.
I would like to install LibrePlan with tomcat and PostgreSQL on different and dedicated servers, but I am not sure how do I have to proced to get kid of configuration working, any one could tell me what is the file(s) that I have to create or modify to get it up and running.

it's all written in INSTALL.rst once you download the project...
