#3 rbgen buglets

There are some small bugs in rbgen (one of them only
with non-standard install prefix):

1.) non 7bit-Ascii-Characters \xc2\xa0 in comment line
"Patches from Eric Raymond" ...

2.) line skelpath= ... - Comma missing when package
built (for example) using configure --prefix /my/dir:

skelpath = [".", "/my/dir/share/libredblack"
"/share/redblack"]

should actually read:

skelpath = [".", "/my/dir/share/libredblack",
"/share/redblack"]

or

skelpath = [".", "/my/dir/share/libredblack"]

3.) keyword %omit seems to be required, the manual says
it's optional, I get the following error (python
2.3.3.) when it's missing:

UnboundLocalError: local variable 'rb_omit' referenced
before assignment

4.) manual page mentions "%compare func" (DESCRIPTION
section) instead of required "%cmp func"

BTW, thanks for a very nice usefull library.
