- Included, a patch that fix bug #3382937 (File name too long in title bar).

- Patch details:

- On Windows XP, string that is displayed in application window title
bar, is also displayed in Windows task bar balloon.
Since, Windows task bar balloon can not display a string
that is longer than 79 characters, string that is displayed
in the application title bar must be limited/truncated
as needed, to not exceed this limit.
This patch implement the process of limiting the size
of the path/filename displayed in the application title bar
by truncating it as needed. If truncated, truncation
is done from left side of the string.

- In the application title bar, "Print preview for" as been
changed for "Print preview of", to save one character, and
maximize the space available for the path/filename.

    Claude,

    thanks for the patch!
I have change it a little bit though.

    It now looks like this : w->setCaption(format_caption(fileName));
So I removed the memory allocation for QString (it's expensive) and Qt can make shallow copies anyways.

Also I didn't apply the change fPrint preview for to Print preview of.
This would stress out the translators because they will see a new translation.
