Version 2.1.3 on Windows 7 Pro.
Any move, cut, copy, paste operations on an imported (.PNG) image file results in the screen not refreshing.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Use the Menu to import an image (.PNG) file. Place it on your workspace.
2. Now perform any edit operation - Move the image, OR Cut and Paste the Image to a new location, OR Copy and Paste the image to a new location.
3. The screen does not refresh to show the moved image.

If you save the file and reopen, now you see the imported graphic.
