#577 Modify entity properties results in a displacement

To reproduce, create two intersecting lines off the grid.
In the intersection point place a circle (Point,Radius) with a radius of 1.0.
Modify the circles properties, set the radius to 0.27.
Select the circle an zoom in at the center.
You find the center of the circle displaced from the intersection point.
The displacement is not much, 0.0003 in the related ticket, but it makes the drawing inaccurate.
