when I disable printing on layer 0 there are appearing a bunch of ghostlines?!

The feature was called Help Layer and is named Construction Layer now.
The printer icon in the layer list controls this feature. When printing is disabled the layer a becomes a construction layer. A construction layer is not printed, even when it's visible and all lines are infinite. This is to support constructing.
If you want a layer to not be printed, please use the eye icon to make the layer invisible for printing.
