Hi all
I try to upgrade firmware to device but I try to define firmware version to 2.00(AANN.1)b1 but cannot because I found warning is "Non numeric elements assumed to be 0" so I cannot upgrade it but after change to numberic as system need it can upgrade but device is loop upgrade FW.
How can I do it ?

If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
First go into Settings and check that your firmware directory has been set to the appropriate directory.
If you go into Hardware Models -> and select the Device and select Firmware and try and create a version of firmware in there. The numeric numbers in there don't necessarily need to reflect the actual version you are running (but it helps).
Then go into Device profiles and select your device profile or default then firmware map and select the firmware you uploaded before.
Lastly go into Find CPE and find a device then reboot it.
