#3 remove 'new' (blue asterisk) indications

Now that history view inform users of bookmark additions, the 'new' indication in navigation pane and in folder view are superfluous and irritating.
- remove blue asterisk from navigation tree
- remove blue 'new' label from folder/bookmark views

Note - this is especially irritating when a new user makes contact with an existing user who already has many bookmarks. the new user becomes overwhelmed with indications of 'new' bookmarks.
