That is a lot cleaner, thanks. Works ok in my test, which also served
as a reminder that my local build of the library is starting to lag
quite a bit behind the current CVS. Thanks for your efforts here!

Different issue: Could we have a max_stsd_index (or equivalent) in
lqt_packet_index_t too?
