Beta version 0.2.0 released

Release of the first Beta version 0.2.0. In this version the API is largely fixed. Thus, the library can be used for productive code. The Beta status is partly due to incomplete documentation and partly due to problems with the build system that I expect to appear when people try to install the code on their machines. Both issues shall be fixed until the next release.
