#293 Add apng support

The apng format exist from so many years ago (it was supported out of the box even by the first version of the Amiga OS when I was a kid), than it is a pity we have to run a browser in the GNU/Linux and related OS in order to open and see an apng file.

So please, consider to add support for the apng specification. If that imply to add it into the png specification, please do so.

I guess than that issue was already discussed before, which imply I guess that bug will just be closed with a won't fix. Guys, we are into the 21th century now, and that's just a pity and a very bad and sad joke than a wonderful desktop like linux doesn't have native support for the apng specification.
