yes. Although checking CVS out of sf.net seems to be painful (it doesn't
seem to be very reliable, often refusing connections).

regarding conflicts with HID, I don't think there is a conflict with the
888 interface kit... I'm not getting the "usb.c: hid driver claimed
interface d4d06980" type of message I get for a mouse or a UPS ... in
fact, I'm seeing "usb.c: USB device 4 (vend/prod 0x6c2/0x45) is not
claimed by any active driver" ... I'll keep reading (still pretty green),
but I had been hoping that the HID-dev interface would work. The logic
being that it would allow me to leverage the HID support.
