Dear PGF users

a new release (6.09.44) of the codec and the accompanying console
application is now available on sourceforge.

CHANGES:

Codec
- fixed decoder crash on bigendian systems
Console
- channel swap for bigendian
- updated to FreeImage 3.13.0
- removed unused header installs
Win/VS
- fixed VS project settings
