[libopenstm32-devel] Connectivity line USB

I've finally done some finishing touches and testing of the
connectivity line usb support.  There are also a number
of other minor changes I've pushed to:
gi...@gi...:gsmcmullin/libusbdev.git

If there are no objections, can these please be pulled to
the mainstream.
