I could not see your timer 2 interrupt example, (I could see your adc 
example) but the source from your git library pointed out the (stupid) 
mistake I had made.  I hope to contribute to this library once my 
project is over.  You must of added a lot as the size of the lib went 
from ~56k to over 83k or your make includes debug.
