[libopenstm32-devel] Connectivity line devices / Ethernet register definitions

Hi All

Here are the basic register definitions for the STM32F107 Ethernet.
They're not quite useful yet, but a starting point if someone wants to
work on this.

It seems that there is a minor complication with the STM32 connectivity
line devices because their interrupt vector table is different.  It would be
nice to have both tables compiled in libopenstm32, and the one to be
included selected at link-time.  Does anyone have an idea on how this
can be implemented cleanly?

Thanks a lot, merged. I fixed a typo and some build issues, please check
