[Libofx-devel] Moving development to github

LibOFX is 15 years old this year.  It's become a slow changing, obscure but 
important part of free software accounting packages, and is included in every 
major Linux distribution.

Technology and developer culture was very different back then.  While I can't 
do much about the technology), I can help with the culture.

In an effort to reduce friction for developers to contribute fixes and 
improvement, I am moving the main git repository to github at https://
github.com/libofx/libofx 

I won't close the SF ticket tracker just yet, but I strongly encourage 
everyone to open github issues instead.
