And the final one:

To set up a post-commit email hook, one needs to log into sourceforge shell 
service as project administrator, then copying the respective shell script to 
the repo's hooks directory, then setting one config option. It is not possible 
to set this up without logging into sourceforge shell service. If you make me 
admin, I can do this in a few minutes. If you prefer to receive the 
instructions, I can make a write-up for you.
