#16 pkg-config .pc not consistent with makefile

The pkg-config file you deliver (in 0.2.4pre3) is not consistent with the Makefile.
The name of the libodbc++ library depends on two makefile variables, THREADS and QT, different lib filenames may be generated depending on these two variables.
Still, the .pc file does contain a fixed filename... and that filename does not always (obviously) match the generated lib.
