#14 Libtool compilation error on CentOS and Fedora Core 3

Using the patch for the version number bug (1486869),
and running configure and make with default options,
i.e.,

./configure
make

the following compilation error appears in CentOS and
Fedora Core 3 (did not see the problem on Red Hat
7.3) :

CentOS and Fedora Core 3 use libtool 1.5.6-4, and Red
Hat 7.3 uses libtool 1.4.2-7.

A workaround (or the correction?): replace the ltmain.sh
file that comes packaged with libobdc++ with the ltmain.sh
already installed on the system.
