#9 Add a -y <year> argument to the njb-sendtr sample program

The njb-sendtr sample program lacks an argument for the year of the track, and if you do not use -q it asks the user for the year. So I have added a -y <year> argument:
./sendtr -q -t Gloria -a Them -l MISC -c MP3 -g "Rock & Roll" -n 1 -d 128 -y 1965 'Them - Gloria.mp3'

Tested on a Dell Digital Jukebox, under Kubuntu 19.10.
