With provided patch device is recognised, but I cannot connect to device filesystem with success. When device is locked I can obtain mtp-detect. When device is unlocked neither mtp-detect resturns anything, not gmtp can find filesystem (neither internal nor external).
% uname -a
FreeBSD hexagon 10.1-RELEASE-p5 FreeBSD 10.1-RELEASE-p5 #0: Tue Jan 27 08:55:07 UTC 2015 root@amd64-builder.daemonology.net:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/GENERIC amd64
Unlocked device that should work:
% mtp-detect
libmtp version: 1.1.8
Listing raw device(s)
Device 0 (VID=0fce and PID=01a7) is a SONY Xperia Z1 Compact D5530.
Found 1 device(s):
SONY: Xperia Z1 Compact D5530 (0fce:01a7) @ bus 4, dev 3
Attempting to connect device(s)
Android device detected, assigning default bug flags
(nothiung happens here)
Locked device with no internal storage available - in attachment.
btw: with these device IDs added to my 69-libmtp.rules I can successfully access my (unlocked) device using libmtp 1.1.7 (openSUSE 13.2, x86_64) with Dolphin (KDE)
