LibMSWrite 0.9 released

LibMSWrite is a platform-independent C++ filter library for the Microsoft Write document format (.WRI files from Win3.x). Version 0.9 is a service release, bringing numerous bug fixes and stability improvements, as well as supporting a greater number of compilers. LibMSWrite is now under a less restrictive, "BSD-style" licence.
