Hey, saw the list of applications using mpeg2dec, and thought I'd drop a 
line about "GOPchop".  I just released it, it's my stab at a GOP-accurate 
MPEG2 editor for linux.  It uses mpeg2dec for frame display.  :)

And can I just say: Thank you for such a good library!  :)  My task would 
have been much more difficult without libmpeg2.   :)
