Does it still do this with the CVS version from
http://libmpeg2.sourceforge.net/files/mpeg2dec-snapshot.tar.gz ?

Also if it does, can you run gcc -v and send us the output ?

It looks like you're using a c++ compiler instead of c, but I'm not
totally sure.
