Ok. I am going to repeat because you obviously did not get the point:

mpeg2dec only decodes MPEG2 Video Elementary Streams.
mpeg2dec does NOT decode MPEG2 Transport Streams.
mpeg2dec does NOT decode MPEG2 Program Streams.
mpeg2dec does NOT decode [put file other format here].
