[mpeg2-dev] [unconfirmed] bug report: can you please check this bitstream?

Hi all,

The following MPEG2 bitstream contains alternating color bars/black.

There seems to be a problem with the decoding using libmpeg2, can
someone confirm the problem? Does anyone know why video is scrambled
(alignment problem?)
