[mpeg2-dev] Custom padding at 32bbp?

Hi, I'm having a hard time figuring out where I could set
a custom padding value other than zero for 32bbp frames
after the R, G and B byte.
I guess it's somewhere in rgb.c but due to this optimized
code and my lack of knowledge of MPEG internals it's
kinda hard to find a suitable location in the sourcecode...
