I have been trying to use libpng to embed my png images
in an mng animation directly. The application is
visualisation for an acoustic simulator I'm developing
for my research. (Fully based on open-source libraries
and open formats. I hope I can get the permission to
release the thing under GPL (or better) when I'm done.)
This appears to be possible (or at least, the docs says
o), but I have not been able to find any examples. So I
started to write my own.
So far, no luck. I am now thiking of using some custom
png write functions that strip the png header, but I'm
sure there is a more elegant and simple way.
Could you please enlighten me, or point me to a clear
example that does this embedding?
I've attached my trial code, if this is of any use.
I've tried to set it up as an example.
