#17 Lint from removal of glib

Thanks for stripping out the comparably heavy glib2 dependency (https://sourceforge.net/p/libmms/patches/11/) as of 0.6.3! There's one stray bit still present...no effect, but confusing for that reason: src/Makefile.am still passes $(GLIB_LIBS) and $(GLIB_CFLAGS) even though their definitions and AC_SUBST were completely removed from configure.in
