Thank you very much for your response.

Indeed i checked that libmesh is installed correctly. After ./configure and
make i ran make check. And now i ran again

cd build/examples/introduction/introduction_ex1
make check

and
cd miscellaneous_ex11 (in repo)

make check

in order to be sure and they work fine. tests passed.
