[Libmesh-users] KSP convergence reason - DIVERGED_INDEFINITE_PC

Hi

I see the message below, but I cannot identify the reason.
I know it is related to constrain_rows" I use to tie together the pressure
in a boundary.

What that means?
Any suggestion on possible causes?
