[Libmesh-users] Newmark System: Boundary Condition on Velocity?

Transient Systems Example 2 uses the Newmark System and applies Dirichlet
BCs on the displacement for the wave equation (called pressure in that
context)

How would I modify this example to impose conditions instead on the
velocity (if possible, without explicitly creating a new system for that
variable?)
