[Libmesh-users] (almost) no changes when adding a Lagrange Multiplier

Dear all,
I tried to add a Lagrange multiplier to the miscellaneous_ex14, but it 
doesn't change anything. Maybe it is a stupid error I have, but I have 
no clue what exactly to change.
What I expect to do is to add a Lagrange multiplier that sets the 
solution to 0 at all elements at radius >=4 units.

Can someone please help me, what I am doing wrong? According to the 
example systems_of_equations_3 and _5, it doesn't look actually too 
complicated.
