Omar, if you are using FEMSystem and if the FEMSystem object is called system, then setting the boolean system.print_jacobians to true will output the stiffness matrix to screen. Thanks. There are a few print functions in include/numerics/sparse_matrix.h that you can look at. I find print_matlab quite handy because it makes it allows you to load the matrix in matlab. These functions just print the matrix out as text though.
