This patch for lockfree-lib/Makefile.am fix the
compilation problem of missed source files as described
on bugs #1349786 and #1349775.

The patch also defines the C compiler to be used as 'gcc32',
to avoid the problem with gcc 4 as described on bug
#1349764. If you do not have gcc, redefine the 'CC' variable
on the Makefile to whatever compiler you are using to build
the library.
