Because liblabpro uses libusb, it is theoretically cross-platform. However, Windows doesn't provide direct userspace USB access out-of-the-box; you have to install a kernel driver (like WinUSB or libusbK) to pass USB packets back and forth between kernel-space and userspace. Luckily, Vernier provides Logger Lite for free, and Logger Lite (and presumably Logger Pro) ship with a WinUSB driver already set-up for LabPro. So, as long as you have Logger Lite or Logger Pro installed, you can use liblabpro on Windows effortlessly. I haven't yet looked very deeply into providing a WinUSB driver myself, so for now I have to recommend just installing Logger Lite.
