I'm creating this page just to keep things straight in my head:
- Traditional sensors (British Telecom connectors connect to interface)
- "Smart" Auto-ID sensors (send calibration info via I2C, which can be dumped via [Command 110] and written to with [Command 111])
- Resistor-based Auto-ID sensors (LabPro looks up the calibration info and sensor name based on the measured resistance on some special pins)
- Non-Auto-ID sensors, these need a manual calibration set up.
- Go! sensors (connect via USB type A)
- Easylink-type sensors (connect via USB type mini-A)
- Go Wireless sensors (connect only via bluetooth, discontinued)
- Go Direct sensors (connect via Bluetooth or USB)
